Week 4 Day 3 - 1 mile


Gym today, ran a mile in some pathetic time (13:18) and whilst I try to justify with 3 1 minute walk breaks and a pace of 8km an hour (1.6km = 1 mile). I am still rubbish. It upsets me.

Am trying a short term measure diet of soup and yoghurt to try to drop some weight to help me run better. This is going to require a big mental pulling up of socks and lots of non-feed related distraction.

May actually run in the outdoors tomorrow, stranger things have happened.
